Who else is ready to get rid of this snowy weather, and get ready for SPRING? Yes, we’ve been lucky to have little to no snow all season…we got spoiled! But with snow melting soon, it’ll be so much easier for your club to plant seeds. And a great place to DO that is at the upcoming District Convention!

PID Jennifer Ware will be sharing her inspirational stories, along with her husband Jeff! So many new ideas, to generate new activity in YOUR club…seed for thought? Fun and friendship, great food, bluegrass music…who could ask for more?

Oh, you want more?

Then plan on coming down to Bloomington for the State Convention April 24-26. PIP Chancellor Bob Corlew will be honoring us with his experience and share his vision for what we can do, climbing new mountains…even in the flatlands of Indiana!

Thanks again for all who participated in the District Health Fair. It is exciting to hear that another is in the works! Want to join in? Let me know, and I’ll connect you with the coordinators. This time, over in Elkhart County. Thank you Elkhart, Dunlap and Etna Greene for taking the lead on providing another District Health Fair!

Interested in having one a little further south in the District? Let’s DO it! Providing a free health fair to the community will not only change the lives of your local residents, it will give YOUR club more exposure to what Lions DO! WE SERVE! And we want to give them that opportunity and join us in servant leadership.

Speaking of leadership, have you selected your club’s new officers for the upcoming year? These need to be confirmed on MyLion prior to the State Convention. Your assistance with this will help 1VDG Brian’s job much easier to put together his District directory for 2020-2021. As we welcome the new, incoming Governor, we wish him great success in his year, and I look forward to assisting him in whatever areas are needed.
